3. Theme preference (light/dark)
Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's localStorage, not in a cookie: this preference stays on your device and is never sent to the server.
4. Why no consent banner?
The regulations (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, transposing the ePrivacy Directive) only require consent for non-essential cookies: advertising, non-exempt audience measurement, social networks, and so on.
Since the Site only uses cookies strictly necessary for the service you request (sign-in, security, language), no prior consent is required. Should non-essential cookies ever be introduced, a consent banner would be set up beforehand.
5. Managing or deleting cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time via your browser settings (“Privacy” or “Cookies” section). Please note: without the session cookie, it is impossible to stay signed in to your account.
